Dish Network (DISH) has asked federal regulators to block Charter Communications’ purchase of Time Warner Cable, arguing that the deal could set back online video distribution. The Federal Communications in April thwarted Comcast ‘s (CMCSA) proposed acquisition of Time Warner Cable.
