Day one of the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit Monday brought details on General Motors’ (GM) 2017 Chevrolet Bolt EV, a 200-mile-range electric car expected to sell for less than $40,000 that could rival Tesla Motors’ (TSLA) planned Model 3.
