Dell is in talks with data storage giant EMC (EMC), the Wall Street Journal reported late Wednesday, citing sources, but it wasn’t clear if the computer maker wants to buy all or just some of EMC. EMC stock hares rose 7.1% in after-hours action to 27.80. Shares ended the regular session 25.96, up 0.6% on the stock market today .
