Dave & Buster’s Says Q1 Sales Will Outscore Street

Shares of Dave & Buster’s Entertainment (PLAY) hit a new high as the arcade restaurant chain announced preliminary first-quarter revenue that came out ahead of forecasts. The Dallas-based company now expects total Q1 revenue of $221.7 million to $222.7 million, well above the consensus estimate for $216.3 million. Shares of the company, which has 76 stores in the U.S. and Canada, rose to a record high of 34.62 but closed with a minimal loss. Scalper1 News
