Cypress Semiconductor (CY) and Spansion on Friday announced the completion of their merger, with the combined company having about $2 billion in annual revenue. Cypress shareholders approved the issuance of 2.457 shares of Cypress stock to Spansion (CODE) shareholders for each Spansion share they own. The deal was first announced Dec. 1.
