CyberArk Secondary Offering Price Sends Stock Falling

CyberArk Software (CYBR) stock was down Thursday after the company announced pricing for a secondary offering of 4 million common shares, to be sold by shareholders. The Israel-based cybersecurity firm, which went public last September, announced Wednesdaythat it would price the new offering at $51 per share. It had announced the offering on Feb. 27.
