CyberArk Files For Secondary Offering After Strong Q1

CyberArk Software (CYBR) said Friday it filed for a follow-on stock offering. The cybersecurity company filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the secondary offering. The majority of the shares will be sold by current shareholders with $50 million in shares to be sold by CyberArk. The total number of shares to be sold hasn’t been decided yet.
