Apple (AAPL) made much ado about its standalone streaming HBO Now service last month, but “Game of Thrones” enthusiasts without a cable subscription don’t need an iPad to watch the season premiere on April 12. Dish Network’s (DISH) Sling TV, an over-the-top service, said Wednesday that it is bringing live and video-on-demand HBO to its “Best of Live” core-package subscribers for an additional $15 a month.
