Comcast (CMCSA) says Wi-Fi technology still needs to improve before it rolls out a commercial Wi-Fi service, while Citigroup speculates that Ruckus Wireless has the inside track to upgrade the No. 1 cable TV firm’s Wi-Fi network when the time comes.
