Comcast’s stock rose Thursday after the nation’s No. 1 cable TV firm added more broadband customers than a year earlier and narrowed video subscriber losses. Comcast reported earnings of 73 cents per share, up 12% from the year-earlier period, topping estimates. Comcast said revenue rose 4% to $16.79 billion, just below views.
