Comcast (CMCSA) is in talks with Deutsche Telekom over acquiring U.S.-based T-Mobile (TMUS), a German magazine reported Wednesday, though no deal appears imminent. Deutsche Telekom (DTEGY) owns 66% of T-Mobile, which has been gaining share in the U.S. wireless market against bigger rivals with its aggressive marketing.
