Ciena Stock Falls On Guidance Miss, But Q4 Beats

Fiber optics company Ciena (CIEN) early Thursday guided 2016 revenue well below Wall Street expectations, sending its stock tumbling. Ciena stock was down 17% in midday trading in the stock market today and touched a nearly four-month low, under 20. It was a deep drop from the stock’s 20-month high of 26.50, which it touched on July 24.
