Micron Technology (MU) stock fell Monday on Wall Street after the company announced a $3.2 billion deal to acquire the remaining two-thirds of Taiwan chipmaker Inotera Memories. In early trading on the stock market today, Micron stock was down about 3%. Shares have tumbled 60% since January. At least one analyst was equally as cool on the deal, speculating that Micron’s lengthy partnership with Inotera wasn’t as “rosy” as it previously appeared. Scalper1 News
