Chinese gaming and Internet company NetEase (NTES) announced Tuesday it has established a North American headquarters focused on creating new mobile games for Western audiences. Beijing-based NetEase, which licenses Activision Blizzard ‘s (ATVI) “World of Warcraft” in China, said its North American division is based in Silicon Valley’s Redwood Shores, Calif.
