Cerner (CERN) was right on target with Q2 earnings reported after the close Tuesday, but sales were a bit under expectations and the company lowered its guidance for full-year revenue. Cerner said it expects full-year 2015 revenue of $4.48 billion to $4.58 billion, down from its previous range of $4.65 billion to $4.8 billion and well below Wall Street estimates of $4.72 billion.
