Car safety systems maker Mobileye (MBLY) got another lift Thursday, defying a wide stock market rout, as the latest of several partnership announcements at the Consumer Electronics Show put it front and center, both in developing self-driving car technology for mapping and in working with the U.S. federal government in a “smart cities” project on crash avoidance.
