Apple (AAPL) chipmakers were up Wednesday ahead of the iPhone 6S launch Friday, but one analyst cautioned “we are past what coulda, woulda, shoulda been a potential inflection point” for semiconductor stocks. Both the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus have sold out of existing supplies online, ahead of the launch, which pretty much assures lines at retail stores Friday.
