Cable Firms Add Broadband Users As Video Users Flee

Cable television companies might be bleeding video subscribers, but they’re more than making up for those losses in broadband Internet subscribers. The nation’s top cable companies together added nearly 788,000 high-speed Internet customers in the third quarter, Leichtman Research Group reported Tuesday.
