It’s not your imagination — the cost of pay-TV service is going through the roof. U.S. household spending on pay-TV service has risen 39% since 2010, according to a new report by Leichtman Research Group. Average reported monthly spending on pay-TV service is now $99.10, Leichtman said. That’s up from $89.78 last year and $71.24 in 2010. Ten years ago, the average was $49.51.
