Apple’s (AAPL) iPhone 6S series accounted for 24% of the company’s U.S. smartphone sales in its fiscal fourth quarter ended Sept. 26, despite being on the market for just two days in the period. Consumer Intelligence Research Partners reported Monday that the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus, which went on sale on Sept. 25, accounted for nearly a quarter of Apple’s iPhone sales in the U.S. in its fiscal Q4.
