Apple Watch users like, but don’t love, the device

A survey of Apple Watch users found that early adopters of the device in general like it, but don’t necessarily love it. Research firm Wristly surveyed 800 Apple Watch owners who signed up to be part of its research panel. Asked about their overall satisfaction with Apple’s (AAPL) new smartwatch, two-thirds said they are “very satisfied,” 31% are “somewhat satisfied,” 2% are “neither satisfied nor dissatisfied” and 1% are “somewhat dissatisfied.” The percentage of users saying they are “very satisfied” with Apple Watch is significantly less than what surveys showed for early adopters of the first iPhone and first iPad. In 2007, ChangeWave Research surveyed users of the first iPhone and found that 77% were very satisfied, 15% somewhat satisfied, 5% unsatisfied and 2% uncertain.
