People with small hands, small pockets or small bank accounts, rejoice! Apple reportedly is working on a new 4-inch iPhone. KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said Apple is likely to come out with a 4-inch handset to replace the iPhone 5S in the first half of 2016.
