Apple record App Store sales fail to halt stock slide

Apple (AAPL) said its App Store raked in $20 billion in 2015, shy of at least one forecast, as worries over disappointing iPhone sales, rising inventory in China and production cuts again pressured the stock. Market research firm Strategy Analytics in October estimated that Apple’s App Store billings would hit $20.6 billion in 2015.
