Apple’s (AAPL) on-again-off-again Internet television service is apparently off again. Apple has been in discussions with cable and broadcast TV networks for years about starting a streaming video service. Most rumors have Apple offering a best-of-cable package of channels that would be aimed at cord-cutters and cord-nevers.
