Apple Music is off to a stronger start than expected, with the subscription streaming music service retaining 6.5 million users after their three-month free trial expired. Apple (AAPL) launched the service on June 30. It costs $9.99 a month for an individual account and $14.99 a month for a family plan with up to six users.
