Apple (AAPL) may replace your cable TV provider, but it’s probably not going to be regulated like one. Apple has been delayed in launching a Web TV service. An Apple TV service could ramp up in late 2015 or 2016 if it gains rights to programming, analysts say. The Federal Communications Commission, meanwhile, is studying whether to give Internet video providers the same regulatory status as cable and satellite TV companies. Why?
