AT&T (T) is cutting wireless plan prices for the second time this year as it seeks to fend off aggressive smaller rival T-Mobile US (TMUS) . But the ongoing price war could have a big impact on handset makers, especially the Apple (AAPL) iPhone, which has counted on hefty subsidies from carriers.
