Apple’s (AAPL) decision to stop selling subsidized iPhones with two-year AT&T (T) contracts puts the exclamation mark on the industry’s shift to installment payment plans for smartphones, says Morgan Stanley, which expects that trend to continue to pressure industry revenue growth.
