Video-game stocks hammered out strong gains for the week as some big names in the group reported earnings. Electronic Arts (EA) spiked 13% for the week. The developer of sports offerings such as the “Madden NFL” and “FIFA” games, as well as the “Battlefield” series, reported a fiscal second quarter late Tuesday that was much stronger than forecast.
