As the official start to the holiday shopping season arrives, Americans are using their mobile devices more than ever to capitalize on Thanksgiving and Black Friday deals online. On Thursday and early Friday, mobile traffic accounted for nearly 60% of all online shopping traffic, and 40% of all online sales, said Justin Norwood, product strategist for IBM (IBM) Watson Trend, which analyzes online shopping data.
