Chinese e-commerce tycoon Jack Ma’s Alipay company has launched a joint service with ShopRunner, a U.S. rival of Amazon that lets Chinese consumers order products directly from the U.S. websites of big U.S. brands that are ShopRunner partners. Ma’s Alibaba Group (BABA), which completed a record $25 billion U.S. IPO in September, holds a 39% stake in ShopRunner.
