Adobe Systems signed up more subscribers than expected to its Creative Cloud service last quarter. That news late Thursday cheered investors, who pushed Adobe stock up 7% in after-hours trading. The graphic design and media software maker posted sales and earnings for its fiscal Q4 ended Nov. 29 that met views, but it gave Q1 and full-year guidance well below views.
