Like one of its extreme-sports customers, action camera maker GoPro wowed with its third-quarter performance and fourth-quarter guidance. GoPro (GPRO) late Thursday reported Q3 earnings of 12 cents a share excluding items, compared with 1 cent a share in the same quarter last year. Sales jumped 46% to $280 million. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected GoPro to earn 8 cents a share minus items on sales of $265.6 million. For Scalper1 News
