Accenture (ACN) just boosted its digital marketing capabilities. The management consulting, technology service and outsourcing company said it completed its acquisition of Reactive Media, which it calls a leading Australian digital marketing agency, on Sunday. Terms were not disclosed. Accenture announced its intention to acquire Reactive on Dec. 2. Accenture stock was down a fraction in the stock market today, near 84.
