LAS VEGAS — The consumer markets for 3D printers and wearable devices are poised for growth — and thus are among fields taking center stage at this week’s Consumer Electronics Show. 3D printers’ growth is thanks to cheaper hardware, simpler systems and an increasing number of practical uses for the devices.
