Don’t look now, but oil- and gas-related industry groups have been working their way higher in IBD’s 197 industry group rankings. Out of 10 subgroups tracked in IBD’s energy sector, the Oil & Gas-U.S. Exploration & Production group is the highest ranked based on six-month price performance.
